Welcome to RozgarApp. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RozgarApp mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. What RozgarApp Is
RozgarApp is a connecting platform only. We provide a space where users can post and discover jobs, services, businesses, and products, and connect with one another within their local area. We are a venue that brings people together — nothing more.
RozgarApp is not a party to any deal, sale, purchase, hiring, employment, service, payment, or agreement made between users. We do not buy, sell, supply, employ, or deliver anything listed on the App.
2. Deals Are Between Users — At Their Own Risk
RozgarApp is not responsible or liable in any way for any fraud, scam, misrepresentation, fake listing, defective or undelivered product, unpaid amount, poor service, dispute, loss, damage, or injury arising from any dealing between users. You deal with other users at your own risk and rely on your own judgment.
We do not handle, process, or hold any payments between users. Any money exchanged is arranged solely between the parties involved.
Stay safe
- Verify who you are dealing with — ask for proper identification (such as a CNIC), business registration, or other relevant documentation before making any deal, payment, or commitment. It is your responsibility to confirm the other party is genuine.
- Meet in safe, public places and bring someone with you when possible.
- Inspect any item or verify any service before paying.
- Be cautious of deals that seem too good to be true, and of anyone asking for advance payment.
- Never share your passwords, OTP codes, or banking PINs with anyone.
3. Your Account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account details secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- One account should correspond to one person; creating multiple or fake accounts is not allowed.
- You must be legally permitted to use the App under the laws of Pakistan.
4. Posting Rules
You are fully responsible for the content you post. When posting, you agree to the following:
- Only post items, services, jobs, or businesses that are legal under the laws of Pakistan.
- Provide honest, accurate listings — correct title, clear description, fair price, and genuine photos. No misleading, false, or exaggerated content.
- Post one item or service per listing, and offer only within Pakistan.
- Do not post duplicate, spam, or repetitive listings.
- Do not include international contact numbers or content unrelated to your offering.
Prohibited content
You may not post or offer:
- Weapons, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or other restricted or illegal goods.
- Counterfeit, fake, replica, or stolen goods.
- Adult, sexual, obscene, hateful, violent, or discriminatory content.
- Anything that infringes another person's rights (including copyright, trademark, or privacy).
- Fraudulent schemes, scams, or any unlawful activity.
5. Content You Post
You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant RozgarApp a non-exclusive license to display, host, store, and distribute that content within the App so we can operate the service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account. You confirm you have the right to post anything you upload.
6. We Don't Pre-Screen, and We Can Remove Content
We do not review or approve listings before they appear, and we do not endorse any content posted by users. However, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, refuse, remove, or move any content, and suspend or ban any account — for violating these Terms, for suspected fraud or abuse, in response to complaints, or for any other reason.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate, and we make no warranties about any user, listing, or content. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RozgarApp and the people who operate it shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage of any kind — including loss arising from transactions between users, fraud by other users, reliance on any listing or content, service interruptions, or loss of data — connected with your use of the App.
9. Indemnification
You agree to hold RozgarApp harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, the content you post, your conduct, or your dealings with other users.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes may be communicated within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
